Welcome to our online payment website! Bills are mailed by the 10th of each month. Your bill is due upon receipt and considered late if not paid by the last business day of the month. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the customer of liability. Late fees are applied on the 1st business day of each month. It is the customer's responsibility to provide updated contact information to the District.

We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, or DISCOVER as forms of payment.  WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. 

There is a $3.00 convenience fee to use this service or the pay by phone service. 

You can also pay by phone by dialing 760-951-0006 and press option 5 between the hours of 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. After hours dial 855-743-7172 to make a payment by phone. Enter your Account Number and street address and the automated system will guide you through making your payment. 

IMPORTANT MESSAGE! If your water service has been turned off for non-payment, you must contact our office once a payment is made on this site before 5:30 PM.  SERVICE REQUEST MADE AFTER 5:30 PM OR ON WEEKENDS WILL HAVE A $96.00 AFTER HOURS FEE ADDED TO THE FOLLOWING MONTHS BILL.
